Choose the wedding card design you would like to order from the wide range of styles. When you are ready to place your order please email us at loveheartcards@aol.com and we will be pleased to send you an order form pack.
When you have received this please complete the order form in full with all the relevant details, spelling any unusual words in block capital letters or very clear legible writing. This form is used to make the basis of your invitations so please write names and places as you would like them to appear on your cards. Then post back to either one of us at your closest address

To make sure enough time is allocated for your order we advise you to choose everything you will need when you are initially placing your order. As all of our designs are individually handmade by us this will ensure enough product availability and time blocked out in our diaries to make your order..
To avoid disappointment please ensure that you place your order with us with at least 4 months before the date you wish to receive your wedding stationery order. If you require your order sooner than this please contact us to discuss your requirements and availability. It is usual to send your invitations out to your guests approximately 8- 12 weeks prior to your wedding.
Please remember when ordering Invitations, Place Cards, Order of Service and Thank You Cards it is advisable to order a few extra of each to allow for unexpected guest, or last minute changes.
All of the invitations and wedding stationery come with printed inserts. By clicking on the “Wordings” button you will see a selection of wordings to choose from. Alternatively if you have your own choice of wordings you would prefer to use we are happy for you to provide this via an email. Save the Date, Wedding Invitations, Evening Invitations, RSVP’s and Thank You Cards all come with a matching coloured envelope.
When you are ordering stationery, which requires the names of the guest to be printed on the insert, or ordering place cards and table plans (where names are needed to make the order) then you will need to supply this via email with the names spelt exactly as you would like them to appear.
On receipt of your order and the relevant deposit (see below) we will send you a proof of your chosen design and insert, which should be amended if necessary. If you are ordering items such as Order of Service, Menu’s and Place Cards these are normally dealt with at a later stage and we will contact you in plenty of notice to arrange these details. This gives you time to finalise numbers, food and drink arrangements and ceremony details.
The proofs should be approved, signed and returned to us as soon as possible. Proof reading is the responsibility of the client and any changes requested following approval will incur a charge for any wasted time and materials. Once approval has been received we will start making your order.

Payment
We require a 50% deposit when the order is placed which is non-refundable. (this is to cover the cost of materials needed to make the order).
The balance is due in full before final delivery of your order.

Delivery
All goods are sent via registered post and will require a signature on delivery. Your order will be packaged appropriately to protect from handling damage. We accept no responsibility for the goods once they have been despatched.
Postage and Packing is charged at cost and will be added to your final invoice.
Local orders (within a 10mile radius) can be hand delivered.

Cancellations
If an order is cancelled, all completed work must be paid for that exceeds the deposit.

Samples
Sample cards cost £2.50 per card. If you have purchased sample wedding cards and an order is placed with us then this amount will be deducted from your final order. A maximum of 3 sample cards per person .

Other Information
Printing inserts in colours other than black will be charged at £20.00 per item. Please note this is not per card but one item means each separate part of your stationery.
