Save the Date
|
As soon as you have decided on the date for your wedding you can send a ‘Save the Date Card’. These cards are ideal for weddings planned in the Summer Holidays, Christmas, or if you are organising a wedding abroad and ensures your guests have plenty of notice to book the time off work. Save the Date cards are also recommended if you have booked your wedding on a weekday as opposed to a Saturday.

Wedding Invitations
Wedding Invitations are traditionally sent out by the hosts of the day, this can be the bride’s parents, the bride and groom themselves or any other relatives. There is a selection of formal and informal wording examples to choose from depending on who is hosting the wedding. Alternatively you can provide your own choice of wording. Invitations are sent one per household. It is always worth ordering a few extra invitations just in case you make a mistake whilst writing the invitation out and to allow additional guests.
Wedding Invitations should be sent out approximately 8-12 weeks prior to your wedding to allow enough time for guests to reply and the total number of guests to be finalised. It is also advisable to send your guests maps, lists of accommodation and details of any gift service you have arranged.

Evening Invitations
|
Evening Invitations are sent out at the same time as the Wedding Invitations but only to the guest that are attending the Evening celebration.

RSVP
|
RSVP’s are sent out to all the guests along with their Wedding and Evening Invitation. and allows the guests to reply back to you quickly and easily.

Order of Service
Traditionally Order of Service’s are used at religious wedding ceremonies and are a useful way for guests to follow along with the service as they provide the wording to the hymns you have chosen. They are also nice keepsake items for the guests to remind them of your special day. Traditionally the ushers hand these out to the guests as they enter the church or alternately they can be placed on the seats at the ceremony. It is usual to give one to each guest but one between two is also acceptable. However, don’t forget to order a few extra for people like the vicar, choir or any other extra guests.
There is no standard wording for the Order of Service and this will need to be provided by yourselves. We recommend you choose your hymns and wording/readings and run this by your vicar for approval before sending it to us. We will then be able to work on the layout etc and then provide you with a copy for proof signing. However, if you require any advice on what to include then please do not hesitate to contact us. Order of Day
An Order of Day is created for civil wedding ceremonies and are a useful way for guests to follow along with the service and provide an itinerary of the days proceedings. They are also nice keepsake items for the guests to remind them of your special day. Traditionally the ushers hand these out to the guests as they enter the room where your ceremony is taking place or alternately they can be placed on the seats at the ceremony. It is usual to give one to each guest but one between two is also acceptable. However, don’t forget to order a few extra for people like the registrar, band, or any other extra guests.
There is no standard wording for the Order of Day and this will need to be provided by yourselves. We recommend you finalise all your details to be included in the service before sending it to us. We will then be able to work on the layout etc and then provide you with a copy for proof signing. However, if you require any advice on what to include then please do not hesitate to contact us. Menu
|
This is a useful way to let your guests know the food and drink arrangements. They are also nice keepsake items for the guest to remind them of your special day. These look great on the table along with matching place cards. You may wish to give every person a menu card or a few placed around the table for guests to share is perfectly acceptable. There is no standard wording for the Menu and this will need to be provided by yourselves. Place Cards
|
These are placed on the table to indicate where your guests will be seated for the reception. It is traditional to place the cards in a boy, girl, boy, girl sequence. They are inexpensive and a nice keepsake item to remind your guests of your special day.

Table Plans
|
This is to ensure your guests know exactly where they are going to be seated. They are also a great focal point as guests enter the reception area and can be made to complement your chosen wedding stationery design or adapted to suit your chosen colour scheme.

Wedding Favours
|
It is traditional to give your guests a small table gift as a way of saying thank you for helping/sharing your special day. The most traditional favours are the Bombonieres, which contain 5 sugar almonds, which represent Health, Wealth, Happiness, Long Life and Fertility. However nowadays there is a wide range of favours and gift ideas including Favour boxes, Sheer Organza Sachet Bags and candles.

Cake Boxes
|
Choose from a wide range of gorgeously decorated cake boxes, which can be personalised with the Bride and Grooms Name and Date of the Wedding.

Thank You Cards
|
When you have returned from your honeymoon and opened all your gifts it is polite to send yours guests a thank you card. These are a lovely way to thank all of your guests for not only the gift you received but to thank them for sharing your special day. Don’t forget to send Thank You Cards for those who did not attend the wedding but brought you a gift. You may wish to choose from the wording we have suggested or you are welcome to provide your own choice of wording. Alternatively you may wish for the insert to be left blank so that you can handwrite your own thank you message.

Keepsake Boxes

Keepsake boxes or memory boxes as they are sometimes called are a lovely way of storing all your special mementos and treasures from your special day. You can order a keepsake box, which we can hand finish to compliment your wedding stationery design or it can be adapted to suit your chosen colour scheme.

Guest Book
|
Guest Books are a well worth item to add to your wedding stationery order and are great keepsakes for the bride and groom to treasure. Storing all the wonderful memories, feelings and thoughts of the guests from your special day, which you can treasure forever You can order a guest book, which we can hand finish to compliment your wedding stationery design or it can be adapted to suit your chosen colour scheme.
